As we continue to expand, we're looking for a recruiter who understands the fast-paced world of construction hiring and enjoys partnering with operations to build exceptional teams. What You'll Do Recruit for construction, utility, telecom, and skilled trade positions. Develop creative sourcing strategies through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and community outreach. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner directly with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce priorities. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
