Job Overview Turbomachinery Industries is looking for a talented Accounting Assistant to join their team in the Corpus Christi area! The Accounting Assistant supports the finance or accounting department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to financial record-keeping and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with accounting software and spreadsheets. Responsibilities Working On-site Monday-Friday 7:40am- 4:00pm Accounts Receivable Reconciling timecards and processing payroll Processing transactions Reconciling accounts Preparing financial documents Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Support accounting team as needed Requirements 1 year of experience in a similar role Experience with Quickbooks Basic knowledge of Excel and Word #J-18808-Ljbffr
