Accounts Payable Analyst I
Client's Accounts Payable Group is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst 1 with experience processing high-volume invoices. Primary responsibilities would include invoice processing and, at the time, assisting others in other AP areas related to expense reports, credit cards, and payments, as well as projects.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree (Bachelor's degree Preferred) - Must be verified in background check process.
- Able to be consistently processing invoices daily, ideally 60-100 invoices daily 10-key proficiency.
- Analyze, research, and process invoices for coding, approval, and status with at least 98% accuracy.
- Experience with PO and invoice matching (2-way and 3-way match).
- Experience with procurement software, such as Coupa and PeopleSoft.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering against expectations.
- Self-motivated and can research and solve problems while working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills, as well as Intermediate Excel & Word skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct vendor and employee maintenance on core system.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure all transactions have been appropriately resolved.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products.
- Be able to provide customer service to our external clients via phone or email, and internal clients' support is done through requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
