Lifecycle Marketing Consultant

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Contractor, this remote position will conduct a comprehensive review of lifecycle marketing programs, develop a prioritized optimization roadmap, and implement initiatives to enhance member engagement and retention, working approximately 25 hours per week. Key responsibilities Conduct an assessment of existing lifecycle marketing programs, user journeys, segmentation strategies, and engagement performance Develop and execute a prioritized lifecycle optimization roadmap focused on activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns, journeys, and experiments within Braze while analyzing results and providing actionable recommendations Required qualifications Experience leading lifecycle, CRM, retention, or engagement initiatives for consumer apps or digital products Strong hands-on experience with Braze or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms and analytics tools Experience developing testing strategies and translating performance data into actionable recommendations Strong copywriting and messaging skills for creating compelling user communications Ability to independently prioritize opportunities and manage projects with minimal oversight
