Property Manager Our client, a dynamic, diversified real estate company, that is growing tremendously, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operational aspects for mixed use residential and commercial properties. Experience with these types of properties is highly preferred. This position will act as the on-site manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including supervising, leasing, & maintenance personnel. The position will be a key person involved in the development & execution of the planned growth & expansion of the properties. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination for assigned communities. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with community standards. Oversee the successful performance of the properties Oversee all marketing & leasing activities Main point of contact for all tenants Supervise all property staff Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of property or community association management experience. Strong communication, organization, and budgeting skills. Proficiency with property management software (e.g., TOPS, AppFolio, Buildium).
