Job Summary AS THE CASE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR/SOCIAL SERVICE ASSOCIATE, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the department. You must be self‑motivating and have the ability to prioritize and complete assignments on your own initiative. Qualifications Education: Administrative Medical Assistant Degree. Experience: 2 years of prior support in case management preferred. Required skills: Advanced computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; effective verbal communication skills and problem‑solving skills.
