Web Developer

We are looking for a full-stack Web Developer with strong front-end expertise and a marketing mindset. This role will own and continuously improve customer-facing digital experiences across our portfolio. Extensive WordPress development experience, including custom themes, plugins, APIs, multisite configurations, performance, and troubleshooting. Strong proficiency in PHP and back-end web development, with the ability to independently work across the full technology stack. Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX, customer behavior, and conversion optimization, with the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into effective digital experiences. Strong understanding of SEO and website performance best practices, including site architecture, internal linking, page experience, site speed, and Core Web Vitals. Strong project ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience leading development from concept through deployment and collaborating with Marketing, SEO, Design, and Data teams.
