Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces for our ATS, HRMS, CRM, and Recruitment Management Software. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality enterprise SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and visually appealing web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
• Build reusable UI components and maintain a scalable front-end architecture.
• Integrate REST APIs with front-end applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure compatibility across multiple browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate business logic.
• Work with QA teams to identify and resolve UI-related issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and reusable code libraries.
• Implement accessibility and usability best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer.
• Strong understanding of responsive web development principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities in Product Development:

• Design and develop modern user interfaces for ATS, HRMS, CRM, and Recruitment Management applications.
• Develop candidate dashboards, recruiter portals, client portals, reports, workflows, and job management screens.
• Create reusable UI components for enterprise applications.
• Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements.
• Integrate APIs with front-end applications.
• Improve user experience through responsive and intuitive designs.
• Optimize page loading performance and application responsiveness.
• Resolve UI defects and participate in sprint planning.
• Follow secure coding and development best practices.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot UI-related issues.

Technical Environment:  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Bootstrap, TypeScript, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, Figma, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Code, Chrome Developer Tools.
