This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing office-based planning with hands on field work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a detail-oriented and proactive approach to your work. You’ll work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with quality standards. This role entails primarily local travel with occasional overnight travel throughout the Midwest. What You’ll Do Project Planning & Administration Develop, track, and manage project budgets Review scopes of work and obtain estimates for renovation projects Create and maintain project schedules Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and on site teams Schedule material deliveries and installations Field Oversight & Quality Control Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications Identify potential issues early and develop contingency plans Address problems quickly to minimize delays Oversee final inspections and punch lists Project Execution Prioritize tasks to ensure smooth project progression Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Requirements for Success 10+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction and project management Ability to travel locally (mostly day trips) and out of state as needed Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite At PRE/3, you’re not just an employee—you’re building a career with real opportunities for skill development while seeing projects come to life. #J-18808-Ljbffr PRE/3
