Manufacturing Manager – Precision Manufacturing
A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. This role oversees production teams, drives operational efficiency, and ensures on-time delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams
- Improve efficiency, throughput, and overall shop performance
- Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to meet production goals
- Coach and develop supervisors and production staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Background in precision machining, CNC manufacturing, contract manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, or similar industries
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
