RN MedSurg Ortho/Neuro Nights

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care (MedSurg, Ortho/Neuro) unit. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-level patient care. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices. Mentor and precept new healthcare professionals. Contribute to maintaining a secure, safe, and high-quality clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited or approved nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience). Valid state RN licensure. 6 months of nursing experience. Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross. Key Duties Provide specialized acute care in moderate to high patient acuity units.
