Remote-First Video Customer Success Lead

Braid It! Inc.

Videospan is hiring its first Customer Success Lead for a remote-first role in the United States. You will design onboarding, adoption, and retention programs from the ground up and be the voice of the customer inside the company.

You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to turn feedback into product improvements while building scalable, self-service onboarding and content. #J-18808-Ljbffr
