ABA Clinical Director: Lead Two-Clinic Teams & Quality

MonArk ABA Therapy in Lima, OH is seeking a Clinical Director to lead two clinic locations, oversee clinical standards, and supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and staff. The role emphasizes ethics, payer compliance, and quality care across Northwest Ohio.
You will maintain a minimum of 20 billable hours per week via supervision, assessments, and program activities, while supporting program managers and staff development. This is a two-site, full-time leadership role.
