Human Resources Generalist

Holistic Industries is looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and support day-to-day people operations across multiple locations. This role is a key partner to leaders and team members, helping create a compliant, supportive, and engaging workplace. You’ll play a hands‑on role in employee relations, performance support, onboarding, and HR programs, serving as a trusted resource for both managers and team members while helping bring our culture to life. Your Impact Serve as a trusted go‑to for team members and managers, providing day‑to‑day HR guidance and support Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations Ensure consistent and compliant execution of performance management and corrective action processes Help maintain compliance across locations by supporting labor law adherence, policies, and HR best practices Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience, including new hire orientations and ongoing support Contribute to a positive team member experience through engagement initiatives and clear communication Support key HR programs and projects, helping improve processes and tools across the organization Your Strengths Strong foundation in employee relations with the ability to handle sensitive situations thoughtfully and fairly Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgement Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and labor laws Clear communicator who can translate HR guidance into practical, easy‑to‑understand direction Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially with documentation and employee records Collaborative partner who builds trust with leaders and team members at all levels Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment If we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLE And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS Why Join Us Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
