Role Description
The Marketing Intern is a part-time, on-site (hybrid) role based in the Tysons, VA Area. This position supports the firm’s marketing initiatives by assisting with market research, drafting and updating marketing materials, client advisories, and helping implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The intern will help maintain contact databases, track campaign performance, and prepare reports that inform marketing strategy and business development efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting event and webinar promotion, coordinating with attorneys and staff to develop content, and monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for outreach. The role offers hands-on experience in professional services marketing within a highly specialized legal and consulting environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email marketing or CRM platforms is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated interest in legal, telecommunications, technology, or regulatory fields is highly beneficial.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
