Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

Make a Difference The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, and the Nurse Practice Act, as well as the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost‑effective manner. The RN in the NICU will provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU. Exceptional Skills And Qualifications Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or possessing three years of related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact. At least 2 years of Level II or III NICU experience.
