Systems Engineering Specialist

Job TitlePosition would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required.Job DescriptionLead the development of technical documentation in support of engineering solutions that include, but are not limited to, test procedures, test reports, architectural drawings, detailed design specifications, and implementation instructions. Perform formal verification, qualification, and validation testing. Lead small teams to complete tasks on-time and on-budget. Communicate effectively with team members and both internal and external stakeholders. Able to work under general supervision to set objectives. Assist in engineering system development tasks including system requirements analysis, system architecture and design, preliminary design, critical design, system integration, and fielding support. Assist in the performance of requirements analysis using DOORS, UML, Model-Based Systems Engineering (SysML), and other system engineering practices. Contribute to the completion of milestones and subsequent gate reviews. Assist in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and cost and risk analyses for total systems. Maintain standards compliance.Skills/ExperienceQualifications:Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline (Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or Physics) and minimum 4 years of prior related experience,DoD Secret clearance.Experience with all aspects of SEIT and product development best practices and their applications given program needs.Experience in integrated product teams.Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio.)U.S. Citizen.Preferred Additional SkillsFamiliarity with the military/defense contracting environment.Proficiency in DOORS.AGILE development experience.Integration and Test experience utilizing oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems.IGBT, MOSFET, or power conversion experience.Experience with power supplies greater than 10,000 W.Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience.
