Accounting Associate / Accounts Payable

Impact Solutions is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, processes, and problem-solving. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions for both internal teams and customers. What You’ll Do Process and audit a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently Manage accounts payable activities Perform three-way matching for invoice processing Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams Set up and maintain vendor and customer accountsProcess credit card payments and assist with payment disbursements Respond to customer and supplier account inquiries in a timely manner Prepare and monitor account aging reports Resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments Maintain organized and compliant financial records What We’re Looking For Experience with general accounting procedures (AP/AR preferred) and three-way matching Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using accounting software and systems Effective communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Benefits Competitive salary ($40,000–$46,000) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company contribution Opportunities for professional growth and development Our Culture At Impact Solutions, we value collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
