Marketing Specialist – Open to all NBC locations within MN and WI Job Type: Full-time 32 hrs./week, Non-exempt Across Minnesota and Wisconsin, National Bank of Commerce is making a difference in the financial lives of the people, communities, and businesses we serve. The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in keeping NBC's marketing department running smoothly while leading the organization's social media program, employee advocacy initiatives, associate communications, and other day-to-day marketing activities. This role develops and schedules social media content, coordinates new hire communications, maintains website content, and handles a variety of administrative and operational tasks that support the department's initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Graphic design skills are preferred (Adobe Creative Suite; ability to create and edit branded content) Solid writing skills for social content, spotlights, and internal communications Comfort with social media platforms and digital tools Ability to take initiative and work independently Collaborative, positive, and eager to support both the marketing team and internal partners Ability to always exhibit NBC core values: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Accountability Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $35.00 per hour, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
