This role requires frequent contact with our provider partners to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, achieving a 95% or greater accuracy rate. The position also involves data entry of updates to internal provider systems, maintaining the same high level of accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Complete all assignments on time and maintain a quality rating of 95% or higher in a high-volume production environment.Learn and apply moderately complex business rules quickly.Quickly adapt to and use moderately complex computer systems that support the business area and processes.Integrate smoothly into a team setting and demonstrate a high level of teamwork.Establish and maintain strong business relationships.Exhibit expert written and verbal communication skills.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.Pay high attention to detail.Use office automation software, including MS-Office, proficiently.Apply office experience gained either through internships or prior work experience post-graduation.Be smart, driven, and possess a “can do” attitude. Job Requirements:Ability to focus on the completion of all tasks within the expected timeframe and quality standards.Quick learning ability for moderately complex business rules and computer systems.Strong teamwork ethos and ability to easily assimilate into team settings.Strong professional and communication skills.High level of detail orientation.Proficiency in office automation software (MS-Office).Relevant office experience through internships or post-graduation work.Preference given to recent college graduates.
