The position combines strategic advisory with hands-on program execution, emphasizing hospitality, relationship management, and operational excellence. Position Overview for the Executive Experience Consultant - New York City, NY: Serves as a strategic orchestrator and delivery lead for a high-volume executive briefing program, ensuring seamless, personalized, and impactful customer experiences. Designs and executes every element of the briefing process, from pre-arrival preparations to post-visit follow-up, with a focus on anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. Acts as the central relationship node, managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics, and serving as the primary onsite contact during briefings. Operates effectively in a high-pressure environment, troubleshooting issues in real-time and maintaining high standards of execution throughout all engagements. Builds strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, internal teams, and third-party vendors to uphold program excellence and drive continuous improvement. Requirements for the Executive Experience Consultant - New York City, NY: 8+ years of experience in executive marketing, event management, or customer-facing program management in a large, complex organization.
