Job Description

The Warehouse Worker in the Receiving Department is responsible for receiving, unloading, inspecting, counting, labeling, and organizing incoming shipments. This position ensures products and materials are accurately received and properly stored while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment .The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments from trucks and carriers.
• Count and record products accurately.
• Enter receiving information into the warehouse management or inventory system.
• Apply labels and organize received products in the appropriate storage locations.

Qualifications

• !!!! Bilingual in Spanish and English !!!
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or order management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Amazon order fullfillment experience is a strong Plus +

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand , sit and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

Monday – Friday (some weekends may be required)
5:30am-2pm (Overtime is required/ mandatory per company production needs)
