Precast Project Manager

DeVita & Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for a hands‑on leader with a desire to become specialized in the precast/prestressed concrete design industry, a passion for quality, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept through delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage precast design teams to deliver high‑quality drafting solutions on multiple projects, on budget. Oversee project schedules, team assignments, and quality control for structural work. Coordinate technical requirements with clients, engineers, designers, and other disciplines. Support pricing, proposals, and business development efforts for the Precast Division. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure excellence in performance. Design and review structural systems for commercial and manufacturing facilities, including steel, concrete, and masonry. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the construction industry. B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with REVIT and TEKLA a plus. Proven leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Why Join DeVita?
