Early Intervention Physical Therapist Opportunity (Sonoma County, CA)

We are seeking a California-licensed Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention home-based services to children ages 0–3 with developmental delays and disabilities throughout Sonoma County .

Requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapy License
- Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred (training available)
- Comfortable traveling between home visit locations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
