Bilingual Tech Support Specialist

Salary: $41,600 - 62,400 per year Requirements:

• We prefer relevant experience, though it is not required.
• We require an AA or BS degree in a computer-related field, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• We look for strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
• We need working knowledge of basic computer hardware and network configuration.
• We expect strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• We value the ability to collaborate effectively with a team and also work independently with initiative.
• We require English plus Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese communication skills.
• Experience with restaurant POS and online ordering systems is a plus.
• We need flexibility to travel to local client sites as needed.

• Install, maintain, replace, and repair point of sale systems, including hardware and software, for restaurants, retail, and grocery businesses.
• Provide training and technical support to clients on POS systems, networks, printers, and general operations, both remotely and on-site.
• Set up and configure online ordering systems for clients, including business account management, basic website design, and integration.
• Keep ongoing communication with clients and provide professional, courteous status updates on issues.
• Escalate and coordinate advanced technical issues with managers and software engineers promptly.
• Conduct POS demonstrations tailored to customer needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used in the ticketing tool, CRM platform, and inventory management system.
• Assist the development team with end-user testing by documenting feedback and identifying improvement areas.
• Work both as part of a team and independently.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
