Pay: Up to $100,000 annually
Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Remote Mondays and Fridays)

In this position, you'll be a key contributor to maintaining the organization's financial accuracy and overall operational performance. Working alongside experienced finance leadership, you'll help ensure reliable reporting, maintain compliance standards, and support ongoing process improvements-all while building a clear path toward future advancement.


What You'll Do
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Compile and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring alignment with GAAP and SEC standards while providing meaningful insights into variances.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by preparing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and managing intercompany transactions.
• Uphold compliance with SOX requirements by supporting audits, monitoring internal controls, and identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business planning.
• Take ownership of the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and discrepancies are researched and resolved promptly.
• Work cross-functionally with departments such as operations and supply chain on financial initiatives, system upgrades, and special projects.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline required; CPA designation is a plus.
• 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience with increasing responsibility, including work with general ledger functions and closing cycles.
• Background in public company environments or Big 4 accounting firms is strongly preferred, particularly with exposure to systems like SAP or OneStream.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, along with experience in fixed assets and capital-related accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and manage large data sets, complete detailed account reconciliations, and accurately record journal entries.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, along with experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Location & Schedule:
This is a hybrid role based in Beachwood offering on-site and remote working options. Work hours are standard business hours, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
