Our products are sold in the homecare, long-term care, retail, and e-commerce channels in more than 100 countries around the world. “Leading the World with Innovative Solutions that Enhance Lives” The VP, Accounting & Reporting leads the company’s global accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate, timely financial statements and strong regulatory compliance. This executive partners closely with senior leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis, strengthen internal controls, optimize systems and processes, and build a high-performing accounting organization that supports strategic growth. Key Objectives Lead Accounting & Reporting: Oversee global accounting operations and the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including meaningful variance analysis and executive-level insights. Ensure Compliance & Controls: Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable tax regulations; lead external audits and continuously enhance internal controls and financial governance. Drive Strategic & Operational Excellence: Develop and refine accounting policies, improve financial systems and close processes, and provide forward-looking financial analysis to support business strategy and performance. Build & Develop Talent: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting (U.S. GAAP) Accounting Operations & Consolidations Internal Controls, Compliance & Audit Oversight Financial Analysis & Executive Reporting Accounting Policy & Governance Systems Optimization & Process Improvement Strategic Business Partnership Leadership, Talent Development & Team Building Reporting Relationships and Supervision Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; Master’s degree preferred. Active CPA required. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and senior corporate leadership roles. Experience in a private equity–backed organization strongly preferred. Experience leading accounting operations in a multinational, multi-entity environment. Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transactions and financial transformation initiatives. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements.
