Concrete Project Engineer

Concrete Project EngineerLocation: Livermore, CASalary: $70,000 - $85,000Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project administration and coordination.Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities.Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, drawing logs, and project documentation.Track procurement schedules and monitor material deliveries to maintain project timelines.Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes and action items.Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents for completeness and constructability.Monitor project progress and identify potential issues before they impact schedule or budget.Support quality control and safety initiatives across all project activities.Assist with project closeout documentation, punch lists, warranties, and final turnover packages.Qualifications2+ years of construction experience (preferably with concrete)Basic understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and scheduling principles.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.Knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a plus but not required.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is a plus but not required.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.BenefitsFull benefits
