Real Estate Finance Attorney (Mid-Level) | Remote, Contract & Direct Hire Options LHH is working with a highly regarded law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Finance Attorney to support its lending and transactional practice. This role offers flexibility across contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire structures, along with remote or hybrid options depending on location. What You'll Do: Represent lenders in sophisticated real estate finance transactions Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation Handle real estate-secured lending matters, including construction financing Manage UCC filings and assist with closing processes Work closely with banking clients on lending transactions Collaborate directly with experienced partners on complex deals What You'll Bring: Active Washington State Bar license (required for all candidates) 4+ years of experience in real estate transactions and bank financing Strong background working with lenders as clients Experience with loan documentation, UCC filings, and transactional support Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What Sets This Role Apart: Flexible engagement options (contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent) Minimal in-office requirement for direct hire (just one day per week) Direct exposure to sophisticated lender-side work Opportunity to work closely with well-established partners Strong earning potential with a clear bonus structure Direct Hire: $190,000–$225,000 base + performance bonus Bonus: $25,000 at 1,750 billable hours, with additional upside for higher productivity Fully remote for contract candidates (must be WA Bar licensed) Hybrid for direct hire (1 day/week in office – Tuesdays) Open to candidates with strong ties to Washington Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on deal timelines Collaborative, team-oriented practice with high attention to detail Opportunity to build long-term client relationships This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
