- Evaluate patients' conditions through comprehensive assessments and diagnostic data.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to critical ICU needs.
- Administer medications, IVs, and advanced clinical interventions per protocol.
- Monitor patient progress, document care activities, and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adjust care plans based on patient responses and evolving clinical conditions.
- Hold an active Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
- Possess 2+ years of ICU and critical care experience.
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of travel nursing experience in ICU settings.
- Certified in BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC).
- Proficient in Epic EMR and IV insertion techniques.
- Experienced in adult patient care and telemetry monitoring.
