Laboratory Technician I (Entry-Level/Non-Degree) - Eurofins Environment Testing Northeast - North Kingstown, RI

Entry-level laboratory technician position supporting environmental testing operations at a major testing facility. Responsibilities include sample preparation, equipment maintenance, and general lab support. High school diploma required; chemistry coursework and lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve samples and perform preparation procedures including aliquoting, spiking, and reagent preparation
• Operate Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and maintain associated documentation
• Resolve labeling discrepancies and track samples through analysis workflow
• Wash and prepare laboratory glassware and maintain supply inventory
• Clean work areas and assist other laboratory departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General chemistry and science knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak)
• Authorization to work in United States indefinitely
• Fast-paced production environment capability

Compensation: $18-20/hr plus 5% shift differential for second shift
