What you’ll actually be doing:

• Building estimates from concept through final design
• Working directly with repeat clients (not chasing cold leads)
• Collaborating with operations, field teams, and leadership
• Developing scopes—even from sketches or early ideas
• Supporting projects that actually get built

• Ability to read plans and understand full project scope
• Strong communication with clients and subcontractors
