Then you may be our perfect hero!As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage construction job projects start to finishPerform detailed and accurate data entry, job file notes, and handling job project financesCoordinate crew and job schedulingReceive general phone calls and greet visitorsSchedule sub contractorsObtain customer selectionsAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements3+ year(s) of construction experience is a MUST!Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plusExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, utilize CRMMinimum of HSD/GED preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHoursMeet the needs of our customers but standard hours are 8am - 5pmPay Rate: Competitive pay based on experience.
