Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Business Office Manager to join our team in Moravia, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional with billing, collections, or long-term care business office experience to join our small, resident-focused skilled nursing facility.Pay: $25.00 per hourResponsibilities:Manage resident billing and collectionsAssist with Medicaid applications and financial documentationMeet with residents and families regarding accounts and financial responsibilitiesCoordinate insurance authorizations and appealsMonitor aging reports and private pay accountsMaintain accurate business office recordsSupport daily business office operationsQualifications:Business office, billing, or collections experience requiredLong-term care experience preferredKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care preferredStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and business office software is a plusBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offJoin our dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of our residents.
