As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with Thornbury Community Services , you will work closely with a variety of complex care clients across your region, delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing support tailored to individual needs. WhatYou’llDo Deliver high-quality, person-centered mental health nursing within the client’s own home. Complete clinical assessments and implement evidence-based care plans. Maintain safety through effective risk management and positive risk-taking. Administer medication and monitor mental and physical health. Work collaboratively as part of a small, consistent care team. Build strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients to live independently and confidently.
