Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide empathetic individual and couples therapy to clients of all ages, focusing on their unique emotional needs and circumstances.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring timely and organized record-keeping.

• Facilitate the scheduling of appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and manage an updated calendar to optimize client engagement.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address both psychological and practical needs.

• Utilize a third-party billing service to simplify administrative tasks, enabling a focus on therapeutic work rather than handling claims and billing issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with clients in hospice care, providing psychological support to patients and their families during critical moments of life transitions. This requires a nuanced understanding of grief and loss, as well as the ability to navigate complex emotional landscapes. Your role will be vital in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges as they approach end-of-life care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in social work or clinical psychology; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by opportunities for performance bonuses.
