Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' emotional and psychological needs, specifically in the context of hospice care.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges and dynamics faced by patients navigating end-of-life issues.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring that sessions are responsive to the patient’s current state and progress.

• Regularly collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, and diligently monitor their progress throughout the course of their treatment.

• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring that all patients have access to care regardless of location or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as per ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements while upholding client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, not only to enhance clinical skills but also to remain well-informed on emerging practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on offering compassionate support to patients in hospice care. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
