This role will answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and service ATMs. The Teller will provide excellent customer service and promote long-term customer relationships. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Assist customers with daily banking transactions including cashing checks, deposits, transferring funds, non-negotiable instruments and loan payments. Balance cash drawer on a daily basis and keep offages to a minimum. Balance the vault as assigned. Understand and comply with banking regulations by following bank policies and procedures. Cross sell accounts and products to ensure each customer’s needs are met. Process check orders. File Currency Transaction Reports when needed. Balance, maintain and supply ATMs. Process Night Depository transactions. Assist customers to research and resolve customer issues. Complete all other duties as assigned. Required Skills Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Must be able to multi-task and organize priorities. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Education and Experience Previous cash handling experience is a plus. Previous customer service experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
