Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum 1-2 years recent experience in Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or related nursing specialties
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical settings and electronic health records

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients on Telemetry and Med-Surg units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
• Educate patients and families on treatments, plans of care, and discharge instructions

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation
