Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions, leading to well-informed clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using appropriate evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive appropriate care swiftly.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records that encompass treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to all professional and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers—to create a holistic care experience for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available resources, and treatment options, advocating passionately for their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
