Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide consistent weekly supervision to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure, mentoring them as they refine their skills.

• Deliver engaging and tailored psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges.

• Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and community resources, to create comprehensive care strategies.

• Develop and implement dynamic treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain detailed, accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress in line with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Stay informed about current mental health research, best practices, and innovative therapeutic techniques to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals of all ages as well as couples and families. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
