Machine Operators (1st & 3rd Shift)

Our client in the Automotive/Defense Industry is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine/Press Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department. In this role, you will operate and weld components while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and safety.

Job Title: Machine/Press Operator

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Pay Range: $17-19/hr.
Shift: 1st or 3rd

What’s the Job?

• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated production equipment according to established work instructions and quality standards.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production and product quality.
• Position, secure, and process workpieces according to engineering specifications and production requirements.
• Inspect parts and components for defects, dimensional accuracy, and conformance to customer and company specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in accordance with 5S standards.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of Machine Operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50LBs
