They are hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the design of core product surfaces end-to-end. Full-time, on-site in New York.What you will doLead the design of major product areas from discovery to shipTranslate complex operator workflows into clear, calm interfacesRun user interviews and synthesize findings into product directionBuild and maintain the design system in close collaboration with engineeringSet the bar for craft and consistency across the productWhat we are looking for5+ years designing complex B2B / operator-facing softwareStrong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shipped workComfortable working in Figma and contributing to component librariesComfortable defending decisions with research and dataBonus: prototyping with code (React/Tailwind) or motionThis role is presented by a recruiting partner.
