Maintenance Tech
Maintenance Technician | Hands-On Problem Solver Wanted! Are you the person everyone calls when the equipment stops working? Maintenance Tech Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:30pm)
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including washers, dryers, boilers, and related systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and PLC systems
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Use a CMMS to document maintenance activities and track PM schedules
- Assist with prioritizing maintenance work and coordinating workflow
- Help train and support other maintenance technicians
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO
- Respond to emergency and unscheduled repairs when needed
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with low and high voltage systems, including single and three-phase power up to 480V
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and PLC systems
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
