Recruiter Technician III / Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter Technician III / Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple areas of the business. This position will focus heavily on proactive sourcing, technical recruiting, talent pipelining, and partnership with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, software, operations, or other technical positions and be comfortable sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews and candidate selection.
• Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, recruiting databases, networking, referrals, internet recruiting resources, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and recruiting priorities.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, education, technical skills, and overall fit.
• Perform high-volume resume screening and candidate assessment.
• Communicate employment opportunities, company information, career opportunities, and benefits to prospective candidates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential recruiting and employment records.
• Provide hiring managers with talent market insights and sourcing recommendations.
• Support recruiting needs across different regions of the United States.
• Utilize recruiting data and metrics within Workday or an equivalent recruiting system to prioritize work and inform decisions.
• Leverage AI tools such as MS Copilot or similar technologies to improve recruiting efficiency and productivity.
• Deliver a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, or operations environments is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of direct recruiting and sourcing experience .
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including direct sourcing.
• Strong proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience recruiting technical talent, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, software, or operations.
• Experience with Workday or an equivalent ATS/recruiting platform.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
• Demonstrated ability to pipeline, source, screen, interview, and assess candidates.
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential Human Resources information appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or technical environments.
• Hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.
• Experience using recruiting data and metrics to guide sourcing strategies.
• Experience supporting recruiting across multiple U.S. regions.
• Familiarity with AI productivity and recruiting tools, including MS Copilot or similar platforms.
