Assistant Project Manager

Cabinet Masters Inc. (CMI) is a fast-growing commercial cabinetry company working on projects across the United States. We are currently looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team and grow with us. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to learn the commercial construction industry while building a long-term career with a rapidly expanding company. What We’re Looking For Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Word) Excellent communication and people skills Comfortable communicating with General Contractors by phone and email Willingness to learn and grow with a fast-growing company Availability to work occasional weekends when necessary Construction experience is a plus, but not required Day-to-Day Responsibilities Submit and track project submittals Perform material takeoffs and figuring Coordinate with the CMI team including Project Managers, Production Manager, Install Coordinator, and Procurement Team Communicate with General Contractors regarding project progress and documentation Assist with overall project coordination from start to finish Training & Growth All new hires will go through a 90-day training period, working alongside each department at CMI to learn our full process and gain hands‑on experience with our team.
