A respected manufacturing company in West Hartford, CT is looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled operator who enjoys precision work, quality manufacturing, and a long-term career opportunity.

Pay: $33.58/hour

Schedule:

Training: 1st Shift | 6:40 AM – 3:15 PM (approximately 8 weeks)
After Training: 3rd Shift | 11:40 PM – 6:40 AM

What You'll Do:

Operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
Monitor machine operation and inspect finished parts.
Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements.
Use measuring tools to verify part quality.
Maintain safety, quality, and production standards.

What We're Looking For:

Previous CNC Operator experience required.
Ability to read blueprints and use inspection equipment.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable and able to work independently.
