Medical Treatment Coordinator

This is a full-time, in-office position in our headquarters office in North Charleston, South Carolina. You must live in the Charleston, SC area to be considered. Our main office is located in North Charleston on Centre Pointe Drive.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally organized and outgoing person. They will need to be capable of detail-oriented case work and file management. They will additionally excel at nurturing and managing relationships with our medical provider partners.

$50,000 - $55,000

• Assist clients in scheduling appointments with medical providers
• Track and update medical treatment referrals in case files
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical providers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for medical providers regarding client care
• Secure Letters of Protection when needed to allow client access to the highest quality medical care available
• Negotiate reductions on medical provider liens and balances to maximize client recovery
• Collaborate with Attorneys and Paralegals to ensure seamless case progression
• Act as a liaison between Attorneys and medical providers
• Coordinate the distribution of all provider checks to the proper billing address
• Provide administrative support to the Medical & Lien Manager as needed

• Bachelor's Degree required or 5 plus years in a personal injury law firm
• Detailed understanding of the greater Charleston area geographically 
• Ability to plan and facilitate events (lunches, happy hours) for provider partners
• Relationship/account management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 50 words per minute or faster
• Must be tech-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment
• Great attitude with a focus on collaborative work

Compensation details: 50000-55000 Yearly Salary
