About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the launch and growth of a new roll-up in the professional services sector. This role is pivotal, with a primary focus on investing and M&A leadership, including the full M&A lifecycle, building a proprietary acquisition pipeline, and partnering with the private equity sponsor on investment strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong investing foundation, approximately 8-15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or similar environments, and a demonstrated ability to source, underwrite, and execute transactions. The CEO will also be responsible for executive leadership, platform development, and will serve as the primary interface with the private equity sponsor, lenders, and external advisors. The successful candidate for the CEO position at the company will be a first-time CEO or a senior deal professional with a desire to transition into a more operator-oriented, ownership-driven role. They should be comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with founders, advisors, and stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to build and scale a platform from day one, with a significant focus on capital deployment, platform expansion, and value creation through M&A.
