Sales Director, cosmetic packaging

Overview Responsible for the entire US region, exclusively in charge of the key clients, with both key account maintenance and BD (Business Development) capabilities. Maintain existing cooperative relationships and explore new business opportunities. Develop sales strategies for key clients and related businesses in the US region, achieve established sales targets, and promote order finalization and payment collection. Timely feedback customer needs, market dynamics and competitor information, cooperate with internal teams to optimize products and service solutions; expand relevant businesses in the region based on BD needs. Possess professional knowledge of the packaging industry, be familiar with the background of two types of products: color cosmetics and skin care, master basic product technical knowledge, and be able to provide customers with professional product consulting and solutions. Complete the statistics and submission of sales-related reports, and cooperate with the company to complete sales and BD-related work in the US region. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or above, with more than 5 years of sales experience in the beauty packaging industry. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in docking key accounts and mature BD (Business Development) capabilities. Familiar with the US beauty market, with rich experience in key account maintenance, business negotiation, sales implementation and BD expansion. Possess good communication and coordination skills, pressure resistance, result-oriented and strong sense of responsibility, able to independently carry out sales and BD work. No need to lead a team, able to adapt to reasonable business trips within the US region. Candidates from the same industry (beauty packaging field) are preferred; those familiar with the background of color cosmetics and skin care packaging products and mastering basic product technical knowledge are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
